The leisure adventure industry in the UK is growing and people of all ages are looking for more short breaks and outdoor pursuits throughout the year. These people would not ordinarily stay in a static caravan or go camping with their own equipment, but really like the idea of an adventure outdoors and maybe pursuing a totally new activity or something they already take part in.
Glamping Adventures will offer a range of engaging and unique activities and adventures to cater for guests of all ages giving you and us the opportunity for great, uncapped business development.

Glamping Adventures
Glamping Adventures Villages will be found in locations across the UK at first, in destinations great for outdoor adventure activities the whole family can join. Each village will have its own unique features and activities on-site or nearby.
For example:
A Glamping Adventures Village set-up near an established mountain bike park could not only offer accommodation, but also sell parts for bikes and offer facilities for bikers to use (Bike cleaning, tools etc…).
Glamping Adventures
Local business’s in the trading area of a Glamping Adventures Village will be offered the opportunity to supply their produce and products (where appropriate) for guests to purchase.
This not only encourages local business but also exposes them to a larger audience of potential customers.
We have some great ideas and can’t wait to start working with local suppliers.
Glamping Adventures
One of Glamping Adventures’ main selling points is offering the holiday guest (Adventure Seeker) the opportunity to purchase their own accommodation. This relieves the financial load off of the site owner and is great to help the said site expand and flourish.
The Adventure Seekers help individual Glamping Adventures Villages to expand their number of accommodation units and also allows the Glamping Adventures brand to grow.

Getting started with Glamping Adventures has never been easier! However it is important to consider the following factors beforehand to ensure a straightforward setup process.

Initial Costs
Your initial capital investment required to set up your own Glamping Adventures Site needn’t be big. We offer several setup options that you can choose to best suit you.
Once we have some details and images of your location we can discuss setup options with you.

We have our own chartered planning consultant as part of our team and we can quote you for obtaining planning, however, each site is unique so a more accurate cost can be provided upon request.
Site Preparation
We can help you look at low cost options to get you started. We provide comprehensive site plans and if you have suitable machinery, some of this work may be carried out by yourself, if not, we can help put you in touch with one of our approved partners.

Tents, Cabins and Treehouses. You may want to specialise in a particular accommodation or you may want a mix of different types. We can advise you on the most suitable accommodation for your particular location.

Marketing
Standalone glamping sites need to commit at least 40% – 50% of their turnover to marketing to have a chance of being discovered.
As part of the Glamping Adventures® brand, you can expect to allocate up to 30% of your turnover instead. Leaving more profit for you.

Glamping Adventures Canvas Connected™ is a canvas structure glamping experience that features a supply of electricity and water. This requires more infrastructure to setup and attracts guests that want the outdoor experience with modern day comforts along side.
On a Canvas Connected experience guests will stay in a canvas structure that has been hooked up to electricity and water and fitted with quality furnishings and equipment that give true meaning to glamping. Guests will also have their own toilet and shower.

A Glamping Adventures Cabin Retreat™ is a more refined glamping experience for guests who want to separate from the outdoors at the end of the day. A Cabin Retreat utilises The Explorer Cabin as its accommodation which is intuitively designed to handle inevitable wear and tear meaning less downtime to fix things and more time spent rented out, making money.
The Explorer Cabin is fully equipped to accommodate guests for long stays whilst retaining comfort, it has a fully functioning shower room and smart storage solutions to maximise space (no encroaching sloping walls). For more information about The Explorer Cabin click here.
Additional decking, outdoor equipment and hot-tubs can also be added to attract more guests.
A Glamping Adventures Cabin Retreat benefits from the ability to have Glamping Adventures appointed management, meaning you don’t have to run the site if you don’t want to (terms apply).

A Treehouse Adventure utilises The Explorer Cabin as its accommodation which is suspended in the trees on a platform and can be connected to other platforms via rope bridges to add extra adventure fun.
The Explorer Cabin is intuitively designed to handle inevitable wear and tear meaning less downtime to fix things and more time spent rented out, making money.
